A Quest Loop story call
Living with Type 2 diabetes can be difficult, frustrating, awkward - and sometimes, at least later, genuinely funny.
We are collecting real moments and sharp observations that could help people feel less alone and may inspire comedy, stories, products or short films. We laugh with people, never at them.
No name, no email, no account. Your contribution is sent to QiiQ through our form provider.
"Everyone saw one thing.
I knew another."
The deal
A submission gives QiiQ Healthcare Inc. broad rights to use, edit, combine, adapt, publish, develop and commercialize the material without payment or credit. Submit only material you created and have the right to share, and remove identifying details.
Share your own experience or original observation. Do not include confidential information or details identifying someone else.
QiiQ may use all or part of the submission for lawful business, research, product, communications, educational or creative purposes.
Other people may submit similar moments, and QiiQ may already be developing related themes or ideas.

Two very short films
These early QiiQ story-world sketches turn familiar pressures around Type 2 diabetes into non-human comic characters. They show one direction a sharp moment or observation can travel.
Short film · biometric satire
Every number is urgent. Every wobble is a disciplinary matter. Even rest will be entered into the record.
Short film · care-maze satire
A routine request enters the care maze and comes back carrying six forms, four stamps and no answer.
Playback starts only when you choose it. Use the player controls for sound, full screen and replay.
About two minutes
Leave out real names, exact workplaces, clinics, towns and dates. Roles such as "my manager" or "the pharmacist" are enough. Share only material you created and have the right to submit.
This is not medical advice or an emergency service. Submissions are reviewed on a schedule, not monitored live.
What counts as a story?
Moments, memories and observations about modern life's absurdities all count.
Example · glucose app
“My glucose app sent me a red alert, then asked if I was enjoying the app.”
Example · too many apps
“Every diabetes app promises to simplify my life. I now have seven apps explaining why the other six are wrong.”
You do not need a punchline. Tell us what happened, or what you keep noticing about the absurdity of modern life.
Submission received
Your contribution has been sent to QiiQ with the subject T2D Story Submissions. QiiQ reviews submissions on a schedule and may not reply individually.
Two different doors
This form collects moments and observations QiiQ may use. People who want to propose films, writing, design or a paid collaboration should use the creators route instead.
No payment, royalty, credit or production is promised for a story-form submission. A direct creative collaboration would require a separate conversation and agreement.
That is expected. Many people may have similar experiences, and QiiQ may receive or independently develop similar themes, jokes or ideas.
Creators should not receive unrestricted patient records. QiiQ may prepare de-identified material or combine themes before using a submission in creative development.
Yes. The story form is not the route for that. Visit the creators page to propose work or explore a creative relationship.
The form is designed not to ask for your name or contact details. QiiQ will still describe the live service precisely before launch, including technical records, retention, and the difference between anonymous and confidential data.
